RETURNS

Once a bought software package has been actuated or activation has been tried, the software is no longer refundable. We can not add the software package to our force if an activation has been performed or tried.

Virtual Keys will change software purchases up to 30 days after the order is perfected, but only if the software has not been actuated by the client. You can also return the bought software within 30 days if the software has not been actuated for a full refund.
